Aiua Justice

IMG_6761As a child, Aiua’s most fond memories were dancing in the living room with her mom. This was the beginning of a lifelong love affair with movement. Through Martial Arts she found Meditation and the love of stillness. In 2015, she became a Certified Yoga Instructor and found a platform to explore her passions further. That is where #SacredMovement was born. A fusion of Yoga, Meditation and Dance come together. After completing her teacher training, Aiua hopped into the studio and began teaching Karma (Free) classes to gain experience and get the feel of teaching different bodies and abilities. She immediately knew that she was meant to teach and fell madly in love. Fall of 2016 she expanded her style of teaching with an additional training in Yin Yoga. There she fell even deeper in love. Through it all, she’s remained connected to dance & movement. Reflecting back, Aiua can see that all of these modalities had one common thread: a deep connection to Self. Aiua is here to provide a light to those held in darkness. She doesn’t tell others how to heal, but rather shares her experience and supports others as they reconnect with their own Self. She is honored to hold space for others to explore and connect to Self.

Megan Hannan

meegsMegan Hannan is RYT200 and a DONA certified birth doula, CD(DONA), currently living and practicing outside of Denver, Colorado; though born and raised in south-eastern Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor (CLEC). Yoga has been her grounding, self-care time since she first attended a class in 2012. It helps her find her calm, no matter what else life throws at her, and she has relished sharing that feeling as a teacher since 2016. Megan’s specialties are alignment-based hatha and restorative yoga classes, and she has a special passion for arm balances. Besides yoga, birth, and breastfeeding, her passions are travel, writing, reading, and cooking. She enjoys camping, hiking, and photography; and is passionate about LGBTQA+ rights and the environment. She’s also more than a little in love with skydiving! Megan genuinely feels she has found her calling in yoga and doula work, and strives to always show her clients just how strong and capable they truly are.
